When can I get my order after payment?

We will process your order within 1 to 2 working days and will ship within the next 1 to 2 working days. Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 3-4 days (West Malaysia) / 3-8 working days (East Malaysia).

You may check the status of your order by logging into your account, click “My Account” at the top right hand of the webpage and click “Orders”.

You can check the status of your parcel by clicking at the link added in the notes.

How to return my order?

All new returns have to be submitted via your Account https://islee.com.my/member-login/orders/.

Find the order you would like to return and click “RETURN ITEM” to proceed accordingly.

Can I pick up / return my online orders at store?

We are deeply sorry that all online orders cannot be pickup / returned at stores. All online orders will be handled by courier.

How to use my store credit?

All purchases in www.islee.com.my will earn you reward point. Every RM1 earn you 1 point. 1 point equivalent to RM0.01 store credit. All the store credit can be used for next purchase. Kindly select the store credit payment at checkout page.

I received a defective item / incorrect items, how do I request for an exchange?

We’re incredibly sorry you received a defective item or incorrect item.

Please WhatApps us at +60102158313 within 15 days from the delivery date with the following info:
1. Your order number (e.g. #59999)
2. The name of the defected or incorrect item (e.g. Seneca Chiffon Silk Midi-Green, S)
3. Photo of the defect

Please take note that exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

Can I get refund of my return order?

All return orders will be refunded in store credit only. Please take note that Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time. A processing fee of RM5 (West Malaysia) / RM7 (East Malaysia) will be deducted from the refund credits.

A full refund to your preferred banking detail if the item is out of stock.

Can I exchange my product(s) online?

We are unable to exchange the products you ordered online and had delivered to your preferred delivery address. However, you can return unwanted products for a refund in store credit, and then place a new order.

Can i exchange my product(s) at store?

Exchange of product can only be done in retail stores. Please bring along the product and receipt and proceed to any of our stores to exchange. You may exchange to another colour or size or item :

Exchange to lower value item – No refunds or reimbursements will be made

Exchange to higher value item – A top up is required
